An early Tuesday morning traffic accident on 15th Street near Evanston and College snarls traffic.

Tulsa Police officers say the driver told them he was swerving to avoid hitting a man on a bicycle. He wound up hitting the curb, and taking out a utility pole.

He was not hurt.
