OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- The winner of the June 17th Powerball jackpot claimed their prize from the Oklahoma Lottery Commission Wednesday.
The winning ticket was turned in by representatives of the WJW Investment Trust -- Trustee Richard Barlow and attorney David Walls of Oklahoma City.
The trust says in a statement that the winners want to maintain their privacy and does not identify them by name. The statement says the trust was formed to manage the winnings.
The jackpot was worth $101.8-million but the trust elected to take the cash payout of more than $46-million.
After state and federal taxes were withheld the trust received more than $32.8-million.
The winning ticket was sold at a QuikTrip convenience store in Broken Arrow.
