EMSA paramedics in Tulsa preach the importance of hydration this time of year. But sometimes, itâ€™s the professionals themselves who need to practice what they preach.

So Tuesday, EMSA paramedic Chad McDaniel spent his day delivering water to his co-workers. "Something as simple as that can actually be the difference between having a crew that's wore out at the end of the day or having a crew that's as good at the end of a hot day as they are at the beginning of a hot day."

EMSA says itâ€™s important for people to remember to exceed normal hydration levels when the weather gets this hot.
