OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (AP) -- The owner of a Logan County ranch says he's offering a reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction to those responsible for shooting and killing 19 of his goats over the past year.
Rancher Bobby Pepper says seven of his goats were killed last week, making 19 since the summer of 2005.
He is offering 500 dollars for solid information. Pepper says many of the goats that were killed were pregnant.
He says the deaths of his goats have cost him about three-thousand dollars.
Logan County Sheriff Randy Richardson says the shootings are occurring at night, and despite their efforts to find the culprit, no suspects have been arrested.
