With violence in Iraq at a boiling point, a former Saddam Hussein advisor is speaking out.
General Georges Sada is saying US involvement in Iraq was the right thing to do and he'll soon be sharing his message with folks in Tulsa.
News on 6 anchor Terry Hood says even during our interview, the General got a call from friends in Iraq, telling him of the latest car bombings.
Before Saddam's regime toppled, General Sada was one of the dictator's most trusted advisors. He says he heard Saddam's plans to destroy the nation of Israel, hide weapons of mass destruction, and overtake the Arab world.
Sada has written a book called "Saddam's Secrets", an inside look at Hussein's reign of terror. "Saddam is a difficult man to work with, and his intentions are terrible, so it was very difficult to advise him and to tell him the truth."
Next Tuesday, he'll be telling his story at the ORU Mabee Center. To find out more go to < a href="http://www.worldcompassion.tv/" Target="_blank">www.worldcompassion.tv.
