STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) _ A single-vehicle crash near Stillwater claims the life of a Mulhall man.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 19 year-old Steven Wayne Silvers lost control of his pickup on a Payne County road Saturday night, slid into a ditch and rolled the vehicle, ejecting him through the driver's side window.

Silvers was taken to the Stillwater Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

A passenger in the vehicle -- 19-year-old Johnathan Himes -- was listed in stable condition last night at the hospital.

The patrol says alcohol may have contributed to the crash.
