HUGO, Okla. (AP) -- A power plant in Hugo is expanding and officials say it will create up to 1,200 temporary jobs in construction and about 50 new jobs at the plant.
Western Farmers Electric Cooperative say construction on the $1.2-billion expansion is to begin around the middle of next year and take about four years to complete.
