1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs2 1/2 tablespoons light margarine Nonstick cooking spray 1 package (8 ounces) light cream cheese 1 package (8 ounces) fat-free cream cheese 1 1/2 cup sugar substitute (made from maltodextrin and sucralose) 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup baking cocoa 1 container (8 ounces) light vanilla yogurt ½ cup egg substitute 3 tablespoons flour 1 can light cherry pie filling
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. In a bowl combine cookie crumbs and margarine. Press mixture on the bottom of a 9-inch spring form pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. 3. In a medium mixing bowl using an electric mixer combine cream cheese, sugars and cocoa until creamy. Add yogurt, egg substitute and flour. Beat at medium speed until smooth. 4. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until set. Let cool then refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with cherry pie filling.
