Ingredients:
1 8 oz. carton of light yogurt (strawberry flavored)½ C. skim milk
1 T. honey (optional)
1 small banana (frozen)
1 C. fresh strawberries
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
