Tulsa Police Arrest Officer Accused Of DUI

Tulsa police arrested an officer of their own after being accused of driving under the influence.

The arrest report said officers responded to a crash on March 18 near 91st and memorial. Police said another driver hit the side of Joe Gamboa's vehicle.

Officers said that Gamboa smelled like aclohol, had bloodshot eyes, and was slurring his speech. Gamboa also declined to take a blood-alcohol test or other field sobriety tests.
