Buck Atom's Neon Sign Lights Up Route 66 In Tulsa

Tulsa's newest Route 66 attraction is officially lit up!

The 21-foot neon sign at Buck Atom's on the historic road was turned on Thursday night.

The new sign helped commemorate Buck Atom, a 21-foot Space Cowboy Muffler Man.

Buck is one of only 12 muffler men on Route 66, which stretches from Chicago to Los Angeles.

This is part of the Route 66 Neon Sign Grant, which is helping to bring more neon signs back to the Mother Road.
