Tulsa Police Arrest 2 Men After Argument Ends With Car Slamming Into Bystanders

Tulsa Police arrested a man after they say he tried to run over a man in a Walmart parking lot but slammed into an innocent family's car instead.

Police say it happened Friday afternoon near Admiral and Memorial when Angel Watashe tried to run over Rocky Breck after an argument. Officers say Breck umped our of the way of the car and Watashe rammed two other cars. Investigators say the family in one of the cars has minor injuries and the driver in the other car wasn't hurt.

Tulsa Police say Watashe was drunk, didn't have a driver's license, and tried to leave the scene. They say Breck refused to cooperate with the investigation, and was arrested for a burglary warrant out of Creek Conty.
