Tulsa police arrested a man Saturday who is accused of shooting with intent to kill during a convenient store confrontation.
The armed confrontation occurred at a Tulsa convenient store located near the intersection of Memorial Drive and East 21st Street just after 6 p.m. Saturday. Police say the victim was in an argument with another man when Juan Guerra walked up and shot the victim.
Police said the victim was able to flag a nearby officer and point out Guerra's black sports utility vehicle leaving the scene. According to police, Guerra was stopped by an officer and was arrested. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
