Man Accused Of Trespassing After Being Hit By Train

A man is OK, but he is going to jail after a train hit him near 21st Street and Southwest Boulevard.

Officers said the man ran off after being hit and did not want medical attention.

After investigating, officers said they arrested the man for trespassing.

Police said he fought, head-butted, and spit on officers when they tried to put handcuffs on him.

He is now facing several charges.
