A Tulsa business is cleaning up after a break-in Tuesday night left thousands of dollars in damages.

Collab is a business that houses office space for small businesses, and after last night there’s a new set of workers there cleaning up the mess.

The two-story building doesn't have a corner left untouched, after a break in last night, and several hours of a person inside ransacking everything.

The top floor has plenty of problems, but the bottom floor is worse because it's also flooded.

Tuesday night the back door was pried up, despite warnings about the cameras, but by the time police were called, much of the damage was already done. The security footage did capture some brief images, but the system connection failed right afterward.

Rabyne Eckstein from Collab said, “we can rebuild this place, but a loss of life would be forever. So I’m grateful how this turned out.”

A police dog located the suspect in the air ducts, and after she emerged, Tulsa Police tazed and arrested Bonnie Mathia, who remains in jail on $3,500 bond.
