Metallica To Hold Drive-In Concert, Includes Oklahoma Locations

Metallica has announced the band will hold a drive-in concert.

Officials said "Metallica will be the first rock band to be featured in the Encore Drive-In Nights series, with a full set airing at hundreds of drive-ins across the United States and Canada on Saturday, August 29."

Officials said the concert will be the first one this year for the band.

The concert will be showing at four Oklahoma locations: The Admiral Twin Drive-In in Tulsa, Coolbreeze RV Cinema and Resort in Ardmore, El-Co Drive-In Theater in Shattuck, and Tower Drive-In in Poteau.

Tickets will go on sale Friday, August 14th.
