Broken Arrow Man, 23, Identified In Deadly I-44 Crash

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has identified the victim in a fatal crash that happened on Sunday October 4.

Troopers say 23-year-old Jordan Starr of Broken Arrow was driving westbound on I-44 near Admiral Place around 3:45 a.m. According to the OHP report, Starr died at the scene after he ran off the road and hit the barrier wall and hit a tree. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
