Here’s a look at six things to know before you set your alarm for Friday.
.HAVE YOU BEEN COUNTED? If you haven’t filled out the 2020 census yet, you have until 5 a.m. An accurate count supports community resources. You can respond at the Census website here.
.NO COLLEGE GAMEDAY: A reminder that the home opener for TU football is postponed because of COVID-19 cases at Cincinnati. Six in the Morning will chat with the Hurricane Athletic Director Friday on the show.
.STEM FOR THE KIDS: If you’re looking for something for your kids to do this fall break, there’s a STEM camp Friday and Saturday in Pryor. BMX is partnering with Hope Fit Kids to provide workouts, games, nutrition education and BMX Stem awareness lessons for students in third-seventh grade.
.FRIGHTS AT THE AQUARIUM: Hallo-Marine starts Friday. For the first time ever, the Oklahoma Aquarium will host nine nights of trick-or-treating from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Ticket prices start at $9 for members.
.FESTIVITIES AT THE ZOO: Hallow-Zoo-Ween also starts Friday. You can explore the zoo in costume, enjoy fall favorites and trick-or-treat from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
.FRIDAY NIGHT JAMS: Art is in the air at William’s Green Center. A soul-pop-rock artist will perform at 7 p.m. Friday.
