TPS Board Approves Shifting Back Start Date For In-Person Learning

The Tulsa Public Schools Board of Education approved to push back the start date for in-person learning for all students.

Students were previously scheduled to return to the classroom on January 4. Now, kindergarten through 3rd grade students will return to the classroom on January 25.

All other students in grades 4th and up, will return to in-person learning on February 1.

The district said these dates could change based on COVID-19 numbers in Tulsa County.
