Tulsa Police say a man is in custody after he threw rocks at a Tulsa Transit bus and injured a bus driver.
According to police, David Ashley Jackson stood in front of the bus and threw two large rocks into the windshield of the bus, smashing the glass and causing it to fly into the bus driver's face. Police say Jackson then took another rock and threw it into one of the side windows.
According to the Tulsa Transit Safety Manager, the damage is over $10,000. Jackson was arrested and booked into the Tulsa County jail Wednesday morning. The bus driver's status is not known at this time but police say the injuries were minor.
