Convicted Child Predator Faces Another Charge After 2nd Victim Comes Forward

A convicted child predator faces another charge after the OSBI said another victim came forward.

75-year-old Lester Lay is serving a 10-year sentence after pleading guilty to sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl.

Investigators said another girl came forward, claiming Lay molested her when she was between nine and 12 years old. They said Lay admitted to touching her.

Investigators are asking any other victims to come forward.
