Prosecutors have charged a man with first-degree murder in connection to Tulsa's first homicide of 2021.
Police said 35-year-old Kent Payne has been charged with first-degree murder and possession of a firearm. Police said Payne is not currently in custody.

The shooting happened in the parking lot of an apartment complex near Peoria and Apache on Wednesday, Jan. 6.
