US Marshals Searching For Arson, Stalking Suspect In Rogers County

U.S. Marshals are searching for this week’s Most Wanted suspect.

They said Theodore Loving is wanted in Rogers County for arson and stalking. He’s accused of breaking a protective order, stalking the victim, damaging property and setting a car on fire.

Loving is from California, but U.S. Marshals think he’s in the Tulsa area.
