Tulsa Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Deborah Gist points to a recent decrease in COVID-19 cases and the vaccine rollout as a means to get kids back into the classroom.
The Board of Education will discuss a plan to return to in-person learning by the end of February. The superintendent said this proposal is based on science and data.
