Amber Alert Canceled, Osage County Sheriff Says 11-Year-Old Girl Found Safe

UPDATE: The Osage County Sheriff said that she has been found safe at a neighbor's home.

An Amber Alert has been issued for 11-year-old Lylah Spencer in Osage County.

Officials said she was last seen around 8 p.m. Tuesday night wearing floral leggings and a black sweater at 5192 County Road 2230 in Barnsdall.

Deputies said Spencer was taking out the trash to the dumpster that sits on the county road and hasn't been seen since.

Officials said she is around 5'1" with brown eyes and brown hair.

Officials did not give any information regarding a vehicle.
