A woman sentenced to 107 years in prison for killing five people in a DUI hit-and-run crash will be released from prison after only serving 12 years.
A judge dismissed the case against Kimberly Graham because of the Supreme Court’s ruling on tribal jurisdiction.

Graham was convicted for the deadly crash in 2009. It’s likely that federal prosecutors won’t be able to pursue new charges against her because the federal statue of limitations has expired.
