Tulsa Police: Driver To Face DUI Charges After Crashing Into 2 Police Vehicles

Officers said a driver will face DUI charges after crashing into Tulsa Police vehicles on the Broken Arrow Expressway Tuesday.

Police said officers were working an unrelated crash in the inside lane of the BA near 145th East Avenue when a car driven by Adrian Perez came speeding toward them.

The officers jumped over a concrete barrier before Perez' car hit a police car, police motorcycle and a car that was involved in the original crash.

Nobody was seriously injured.

Officers said Perez had been on his phone and appeared to be under the influence of drugs.
