Two brothers are on trial in Tulsa County, accused of molesting kids at a Tulsa daycare.

Malcolm and Charles Burts, Junior were arrested in 2019 while working at Tiny Tots Learning Spot.

Several witnesses testified Wednesday, including some of the victims. One of the victims was just 10 years old.

In 2019, Tulsa Child Crisis Detectives investigated this case for months and say they found at least four victims. The victims told detectives the brothers would take the victims into the baby room and touch them, while the other kids were sleeping.

The first victim who testified Wednesday is now 10, but was seven years old when she first came forward. She said the brothers would take turns touching her during nap time.

Another witness, who is now 16, said Malcolm inappropriately touched her when she was 11. Both men are charged with two counts of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 12.

Prosecutors said they just found out Wednesday one of their witnesses is a tribal citizen. That witness was not a victim, so the judge said the trial will proceed.
