TULSA, Oklahoma -

Update: Tulsa Police have identified the victim as 18-year-old Kourtland McFrazier.

Tulsa Police say they are looking for the man accused of shooting and killing another man near 71st and Riverside early Wednesday morning.

TPD said that just after midnight, officers were called to the Savanna Landing apartment complex for a shooting.

Police say when they arrived they found a man with two gunshot wounds to the head lying on the ground near a fence that wraps around the property.

Police told News On 6 that the victim was breathing when they arrived but he died from his injuries on the way to the hospital. They say the man did not have any ID on him so they are still working to find out who he is.

TPD stayed at the complex for about two hours to investigate the area for any clues in an attempt to piece together why this happened. They say they are reviewing surveillance video that shows a white Chevy Impala leaving the complex around the same time as the shooting.

Currently, police say they are still trying to figure out who the suspect is and where he might be.

Tulsa Police are asking anyone with any information connected to this shooting to call CrimeStoppers at (918)-596-COPS.
