Several police officers in Bartlesville are being recognized for their special acts of service while on duty.

Officer Sierra Compton received an award for stopping to help mow an elderly couple's lawn. Officers Michael Coates and Billy McCall were recognized for helping to save the life of a man suffering from an overdose. Finally, officer Cody Loyd was honored for his role in saving the life of another police officer.
