Police Identify Man Found Dead On Tulsa Neighborhood Street

Tulsa Police have identified the man found dead on a neighborhood street last week.

Police said they found 29-year-old Joseph Brown with a gunshot wound to the chest on a street near 81st and Yale last Wednesday.

Neighbors said they found the man lying in the street and police said he died at the scene.
