A Tulsa business is asking for help to find its stolen 18-foot trailer worth thousands of dollars.
Vacuworx said this is the second trailer that's been stolen from its property.
"For them to do this in broad daylight just takes it to another level,” said Vacuworx Director of Manufacturing Engineering DJ Gall.
Gall said an 18-foot flatbed trailer was stolen from their property near 51st and Mingo last Wednesday afternoon around 4:30 p.m.
Surveillance video shows a man and a woman inside a dark colored Chevy Trailblazer coming through an unlocked gate, hooking up to the trailer and driving off in under two minutes.
"It's just real frustrating because we use that piece of equipment all the time and it's important to our operation,” said Gall. “It's a valuable piece of equipment and it's going to cost money out of pocket to replace it."
Vacuworx designs and creates vacuum lifting equipment for the pipeline and construction industries.
Gall said the trailer is valued around $6,500 and they use it daily to transport equipment.
He said Tulsa Police officers told him it's one of the most brazen trailer thefts they've seen since so many employees were around.
"We're just a very family-oriented company that takes good care of their people and we really care about people, so for someone to steal from us is a slap in the face," said Gall. "We work hard here to provide a life for our family and our friends and they're just taking away from it.”
Gall said another trailer was stolen off their property three years ago. It was later recovered.
He said they've added security measures since then and hopes it won't happen again.
Vacuworx is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest or recovery of the trailer.
