Tulsa County Jail To Be Used For City Jail Overflow

The City of Tulsa and Tulsa County have agreed to let the city use the county jail as an overflow site for the city-run jail. David L. Moss in downtown Tulsa will be used when the municipal jail is at capacity.

The City of Tulsa and Tulsa County have agreed to let the city use the county jail as an overflow site for the city-run jail.

David L. Moss in downtown Tulsa will be used when the municipal jail is at capacity.

There are 25 beds for men and five beds for women in the city jail.

The sheriff's office will still be responsible for intake and booking.

The agreement lasts through June 2022.
