State Health Department Says 3 Resignations Among Leadership Are Unrelated

The State Department of Health says it's just a coincidence that its CFO, COO and commissioner all resigned within three weeks.

"I understand the timing of all three are really close but no, completed unrelated, all three," Interim Commissioner of Health Keith Reed said.

Former deputy commissioner Keith Reed has taken over as interim commissioner of health.

He says the resignations will not impact day-to-day operations of the health department.
