Tulsa businessman and pod-cast host Clay Clark is being sued over false claims he made about the 2020 presidential election.

The Colorado Sun reports Eric Coomer of Dominion Voting is suing Clark for defamation, conspiracy, and intentional distress over Clark's allegations that Coomer and Dominion helped "steal" the election for President Joe Biden.

In the lawsuit, Coomer alleges that Clark said Coomer should be put to death for treason.

Clark did not respond to the Sun's request for comment on the case.
