Tulsa Native Goes Viral After Finding Frog In Box Of Lettuce

A singer and actor from Tulsa found someone had come along for the ride in his box of lettuce.

Simon Curtis shared a video of a small frog he found living in a box of lettuce that had been in his fridge.

He named the frog Tony and tried to make the box a little more hospitable.

The story gathered attention on social media and Petco offered a free habitat for Tony.

Curtis asked Petco if they would match the donation for the habitat to animal conservation efforts and they agreed.

Petco sent two $500 gift cards and now Tony has a new home and friend.
