Tulsa Woman Loses Dog, House In Residential Fire

Tulsa firefighters battled and extinguished a house fire Sunday morning. Crews on the scene said the home was a total loss.

The fire was located in a neighborhood near Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and East 56th Street North.

The homeowner was able to get out of the home, but she lost one of her three dogs in the fire.

The woman is now receiving some assistance from The Red Cross.
