Silver Alert Canceled, 65-Year-Old Man Found Safe By Tulsa Police

The Tulsa Police Department (TPD) has issued a Silver Alert for a 65-year-old man with advanced Alzheimer's. The TPD says Oscar Lopez Escatel has been missing since 7 a.m. Sunday morning and he was last seen at his residence near 4700 S. 68th E. Ave., in Tulsa.

Update: The Silver Alert for 65-year-old Oscar Escatel has been cancelled after police said an officer spotted Escatel near 11th and Memorial and escorted him home safely.

The Tulsa Police Department (TPD) has issued a Silver Alert for a 65-year-old man with advanced Alzheimer's.

The TPD says Oscar Lopez Escatel has been missing since 7 a.m. Sunday morning and he was last seen at his residence near 4700 S. 68th E. Ave., in Tulsa.

Police said Escatel is about 5-foot-7 and was last seen wearing a gray jacket with black wind pants.
