Driver In Custody After Crashing Truck Into Creek Overnight

Tulsa Police said a driver is in custody after crashing a pickup into a creek Wednesday morning.

Officers said they were called to a domestic dispute between four adult family members at a house around 3 a.m.

Police said two adults and three children left in the truck, and officers said the driver lost control and crashed into Mingo Creek near 4th and Mingo.

Everyone was able to escape the truck safely and police said they think all of the adults were intoxicated.
