Just Between Friends Tulsa Holding Mega Consignment Event

Just Between Friends of Tulsa is helping families turn their spring cleaning into cash.

The mega consignment event happens twice a year and kicks off on Thursday at the former Sears in Woodland Hills Mall.

From toys to clothing to books and strollers, the store has a little bit of everything, all marked up to 90 percent off.

It’s a win-win for both the shoppers and sellers. 

Just Between Friends of Tulsa is helping families make money and save money.

You can find everything from infant items to clothing for older kids and women.

Organizers say shoppers can save from 50 to 90 percent off retail prices.

With financial hardships like rising costs and shipping delays facing many families, organizers say it's an opportunity to shop for necessities in one place.

Plus, as kids grow up, families can sell outgrown items and buy new ones.

Michelle Courtwright is a mom of three and has been shopping at JBF sales for six years.

She says it helps her save money for things like vacation and her kids' dance classes.

"Because JBF is twice a year, the Tulsa sale is, I'm able to bulk shop. So, I'm able to get all our clothes that we need for spring and summer at one point, so then I can budget for that and not have to worry about a budget for clothing until the next sale,” Courtwright said.

The event starts at 10 a.m. on Thursday and goes through Sunday evening.

If you want to sell items, there will be another drop-off on Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m..
