Tulsa Police Investigating After Teenage Driver Crashes Into Power Pole

Tulsa police say a teenage girl should be okay after she veered off the road and crashed into a power pole Sunday afternoon.

It happened near 51st and Lewis around 5 p.m. on Sunday.

Officers said she may have been distracted by something in the car and that could have caused the crash.

Police said the crash knocked out power to hundreds of PSO customers in the area, but their power was quickly restored.

No one was hurt.
