Police Identify Woman Found Shot, Killed Outside Tulsa Home

Police have identified the woman found shot and killed outside a Tulsa home Friday morning.

According to the Tulsa Police Department, officers found 27-year-old Elizabeth Dillard dead from a gunshot wound on the front porch of her home on W. 63 Pl. N.

Police say they still investigating what led to her death, and ask anyone with information to call CrimeStoppers.
