TCSO Arrests Sand Springs Man For Receiving Child Pornography

The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office Child Predator Unit arrested a man for receiving child pornography over the internet.

The sheriff's office shared pictures of deputies arresting 61-year-old David Carter, who lives in Sand Springs.

Investigators said they got a tip about Carter from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

They said Carter admitted he pretended to be a young girl to get child pornography sent to him.

Investigators said they recovered images showing children as young as toddlers being sexually assaulted.
