The Tulsa Fire Department says a woman has died following a fire at a house near Admiral and Memorial.
Andy Little with the Tulsa Fire Department says crews found a woman dead on the porch of the house, after someone had pulled her out of the fire.
"Tried to go into the back door, but it was too hot, opened that front door, located the victim and pulled her out," he said.
Little say the fire was in the living room of the house, and crews were able to put it out before it spread to any other area.
"The fire was contained to one room in the structure, I would say it was not a very significant fire, but certainly but certainly big enough that it could cause injury and this case, death," he said.
Little says the woman had burns on her body, but also likely had smoke inhalation.
He says the medical examiner will determine the cause of death while investigators work to figure out what started the fire.
"Our arson dog is on scene, so Annie will go through and determine if there were any items used to intentionally set a fire," he said.
Tulsa Fire has not released the name of the woman.
