Tulsa Police Search For Missing 75-Year-Old Man

A search is underway for a missing 75-year-old man who Tulsa Police say suffers from medical and memory issues.

According to TPD, officers are searching for 75-year-old Jack Churchwell.

Police say Churchwell was last seen near East 37th Street and South Mingo Road at around 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Police say Churchwell was heading to Owasso in a silver 2009 Nissan Rogue with a dent on the passenger side.

Churchwell stands 5'5" tall, weighs around 135 Lbs. and has grey hair and blue eyes. Police say he was last seen wearing a light blue shirt with dark blue or black jogging pants.

According to TPD, Churchwell suffers from medical and memory issues that require daily medication.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of 75-year-old Jack Churchwell is asked to call the Tulsa Police Department's non-emergency number at (918)-596-9222 and refer to case number "2022-055295."
