Tulsa Police said they've arrested four people in two separate cases, involving $20,000 worth of stolen copper. While the value of the stolen copper is about $20,000, it will cost more than $100,000 to replace and repair everything, police said.

Tulsa Police said they've arrested four people in two separate cases, involving $20,000 worth of stolen copper.

Brian Tash and Heather Walker were caught at their home with burned copper wire and tools used to steal copper, officers said.

The two have a history of crimes related to stealing copper, police said.

At another home, officers arrested Jackie Scott and Connie Wearstler. Investigators said the two also have a history of scrapping copper.

Officer said their backyard looked like a scrap yard.

While the value of the stolen copper is about $20,000, it will cost more than $100,000 to replace and repair everything, police said.
