A Tulsa County judge has ordered the man suspected of randomly killing two people last week to be held without bond.

Prosecutors had pushed for the move, saying Carlton Gilford was a threat to the public.

Investigators say Gilford went into the Rudisil Library and killed Lundin Hathcock before going to a nearby QuikTrip and killed James McDaniel.
