Motorcycle Riders Gather For 24th Christmas Toy Drive

Dozens of motorcycle riders revved up their engines to kick off a Christmas Toy Drive on Saturday.

This is the 24th year for the Raymond Duran Memorial Toy Run.

The group collects toys for Rogers County kids in the foster care system and then drives them from Catoosa to the Claremore Elks Lodge.

Those kids then get to come in on the first Monday of December to pick out toys.

One man dressed as Santa Claus says the toy run warms his heart every year.

"Man, just making the kids happy. Seeing their faces light up makes it all worthwhile," said rider Keith Prince.

Kids also got to pick out a gift for their parents and wrap it to take home with them.
