Tulsa Salvation Army Hosts Annual Women's Auxiliary Fashion Show

A fashion show helped raise money for a good cause on Tuesday.

News On 6's Jonathan Cooper, Tatum Guinn and Chinh Doan all walked the runway at the Salvation Army's 71st annual Women's Auxiliary style show and fundraiser.

More than 600 people came out to see the show and bid the silent auction.

"It kind of kicks off the Christmas-giving spirit," said Salvation Army Area Commander Charlotte Gargis. Some people come and buy all their Christmas gifts here with our silent auction because we have things for children, for men, for women."

The money raised at the event will go to support programs throughout the year, including the Boys and Girls club and center of hope.
