Cyclist Dies After Being Struck By Vehicle At Tulsa Intersection

A cyclist is dead after a crash with a vehicle in Tulsa on Friday.

The Tulsa Police Department said the cyclist it happened near near Admiral and Garnett around 5:20 p.m.

Officers at the scene said there was no indication that excessive speed was a factor in the crash.

The driver of the truck involved called 911, stayed on the scene and cooperated with authorities.

The name of the victim has not been released and no charges have been filed at this time.
